Silver is a lustrous white, ductile, malleable metallic element, having the highest thermal and electrical conductivity of the metals. It is widely used in coinage, photography, dental and soldering alloys, electrical contacts, and printed circuits and jewelry. Atomic number 47; atomic weight 107.868; melting point 960.8°C; boiling point 2,212°C; specific gravity 10.50 g / cm^3.

Standard purity is 99.95%. Also available as 99.99% pure, 99.999% pure, and alloyed with copper as Sterling Silver (92.5% Silver, 7.5% Copper) and Coin Silver.
